Reports to: General Manager, International


Position Overview


The Country Manager (“CM”) will be responsible for all local aspects of LTK’s business in Brazil including business strategy, competitive monitoring, the recruitment, development and retention of Creators, Retailers and Consumers, and related local marketing activities. The CM is responsible for recruiting, growing and retaining LTK’s Brazilian staff. Additionally, the CM will represent LTK in Brazil and relevant neighboring countries.

Your Key Areas of Focus:

• Deliver and execute a growth strategy for LTK Brazil

• Brand Development targeting new and existing brand partnerships and activations

• Creator recruitment, development and success

• Building, growing and managing the LTK team in Brazil

• Drive P&L performance for the Brazilian market in line with company growth objectives

• Communicating performance for all LTK Brazil endeavors to LTK HQ


Your Strategic and Market Leadership Responsibilities

• Follow the latest industry developments and possess a strong understanding of our products, competition, and positioning in the industry

• Conceive of and execute on broad market development plans ensuring LTK’s Brazilian strategy is on-point

• Position LTK as a thought leader throughout Brazil for Creator commerce

• Provide local customer insights to inform product, marketing, and investment decisions, along with feedback to the relevant internal teams to identify new business opportunities to capitalize on them

• From time to time evaluate strategic expansion opportunities in neighboring countries


Your Brand Development responsibilities (either directly or by way of the local brand partnerships team, or by way of key partnerships)

• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities for the company while building lasting relationships with the new and existing regional brands/retailers

• Adopting and adapting company best practices and tools to drive performance ROI for Managed Service campaigns

• Successfully introduce the Self-Service platform to the Brazilian market once it is internationalized

• Assist Brazilian brands to reach international audiences

• Assist international brands to reach Brazilian creators and consumers


Your Creator Success responsibilities:

• Recruit Brazilian creators to the LTK platform through direct connections, digital and in-person recruitment strategies

• Develop existing Brazilian creators, growing their GMV by delivering the appropriate training and employing the most suitable strategic consulting services

• Develop local strategies to drive adoption of the LTK app in Brazil

• Ensure Brazilian creators have access to campaign opportunities


Successful Candidates will have:

• University Degree required; Master’s level studies a plus.

• Native fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal)

• Fluent English (written and verbal)

• Experience working with US-based businesses

• Proven business development experience

• Credibility in the local market experience in the eyes of creators and brands

• A sufficient understanding of all of the local Creator Commerce market participants

• A working understanding of digital marketing and all relevant market participants

• Proven leadership experience - setting aggressive goals, inspiring the team to deliver, coaching team members and contributing to a strong and healthy LTK culture

• Strong relationship & communication skills, sales & negotiation competencies and an entrepreneurial spirit
